1.1 Why can't I see the prices?

Our prices are only visible to approved retailers. If you own a business or are in the industry, please complete an application and a member of our team will review your application.

1.2 Can I purchase items if I'm not a business?

Unfortunately, no.

Our products are only available to wireless retailers. Once you register for an account on our website, a member of our team will review your application and provide an approval.

1.3 Are the phones unlocked?

Yes! All the phones we offer are factory unlocked.

2 Returns & RMA
2.1 What is RMA?

RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. Once you begin a RMA claim, an account manager from our team will assist you with the next steps.

2.2 How can I return a device?

You will need to reach out to your account manager and begin the process for a RMA. 

2.3 Who pays for shipping on returns?

Shipping is paid by the customer. We do not send labels for returns.

2.4 Can I send the customer your contact information?

No. We do not deal directly with customers. We will gladly assist you and your business with any RMA concerns and you can forward the information to your customer(s).
